Participants must be 8 years to 11 years old when the program starts.
Week One: Earth — Roots, Nature, & Belonging (Saplings, Grades 3-5)
In Week One, Saplings explore the grounding theme of Earth through storytelling and hands-on craft. Campers journey through Earth Stories of Latin America, discovering cultural tales in Spanish that connect people to land and tradition, and Handwork, where they practice practical skills and careful making with natural materials. Together, these classes invite curiosity, patience, and a deeper sense of belonging to the world and to one another.
